This is my first fondant cake made for the Wilton Course 3. Although it is not perfect, I am pretty happy with the way it turned out. I used the Wilton ready to use rolled fondant. Although it was easy to work with I really do not like the taste...

I finished my Course 2 cake and I think that my arm is going to fall off! The basketweave is a very interesting effect but it is very tiring! I really enjoyed making all the different flowers in Course 2 and look forward to taking Course 3.
