So...I don't really like fondant. I made the fondant covering the cake too thin and it ended up tearing in some places.

This was my first time working with fondant, not too sure I like it yet. I wanted to try marbeling the bow, I really like how that turned out. Butter pecan with bc filling.

First time making successful roses! The sides look a little weird because I over thinned the icing and it started melting off half way through class!
