This is my grand finale cake from the Wilton Fondant & Gumpaste class. The cake is covered with Wilton fondant (yuck). The daisies are all Wilton gumpaste. This is my first time using gumpaste. I stuck the flowers to the fondant using gum glue.

This is my first cake from Wilton Course 3. My first time using Wilton fondant, which is not to tasty.

This is my final cake from Wilton Course 3. It was my own design. I made MMF and colored it pink. The MMF was very hard for me to work with on first try. My first (Wilton) fondant cake was square and I was able to cover the cake perfectly without all the creases that I got in this one. My teacher gave me more instructions for working with MMF next time, so I hope to do a better job the second time around.
