This cake was created with the bride's birch tree theme. I used pretzel rods dipped in dark chocolate, then dipped again in white chocolate. When cooled, I used a knife to cut up the "bark" to resemble the trees which were used in the hall decor. ...

The pic the bride gave me was terrible. I did my best and think I came up with a decent cake. Bride wanted fondant covered but didn't want to pay the extra cost per serving so it is all buttercream. The butterflies are feathers and the flowers...

Wedding cake with heart theme. Coral and yellow are the colors. Yellow fountain color with ribbons to match on the pillars. Center cakes were 14-10-8" and the outer tiers are 10-8's and 8's on the table. Fresh flowers done by the florist.

This cake was made for a "Phantom of the Opera" themed wedding. It was an 18-14-10-8-6 inch cakes with another 1/2 sheet for more servings. I was told that the topper was going to be Phantom themed but when I got there, it was a Precious...

This was a very large wedding; just about killed me! There were 11 cakes in all. All of them were different flavors! The biggest cake weighed in at about a hundred pounds. (kidding) It took me and my husband and the florist to get it on the posts!...

16-12-8-6 inch cakes on 22" silver cake stand. All buttercream. The topper was the grandparent's topper from 1951. Gerber daisies made this simple cake look terrific!

14-10-6" cakes in the center and 10" cakes around the table. Two colored vines and leaves on the cakes with ivory base frosting, champaigne boarders and fresh flowers. I didn't know that I'd have to do the flower arranging until I got there!

This setup was originally a Martha Stewart design. They ended up using a plant stand instead of the stand in the book. When I got there, it was soooo wobbily!!! You can sort of see how the cakes were so heavy that they were sagging down. I just...

This cake was for my daughter's wedding. The original plan was to have champaign glass pillars under the top two cakes as well, but one fell and broke, so I had to modify the plan! The cake is covered totally in buttercream. Flowers in the glasses...

Another cake simply stacked and swirled. Quick and ez - in and out. Gotta love that. But I didn't like the way the topper was "silvery" white and the cake was white-white. It didn't match very well.

18-14-10-6 inch cakes, all buttercream. In addition to this cake, I'd also made a 1/2 sheet scored for 84 servings, and a ho-ho cake for the servers! White with fresh strawberries as filling, chocolate and plain white were the flavors. The cake is...
