A first attempt at using lace presses and I loved it! After a bit of experimenting I found I prefered using flower paste in the press rather than gumpaste. The design is based on a cake by Rosalind Miller that the bride found on the internet.

Another version of a peggy porschen cake - this time in ivory for an intimate wedding with 20 guests. I used gold and pearl lustre to add depth to the flowers and I am really pleased at how straight I managed to get the stems

Would you share how the lace swags on cake with coral roses are made (July 28, 2012)..My granddaughter loves this cake and is wanting this for her wedding. I am unfortunately not a decorator but my sister does some and was wondering if we could make these. Thanks for your help
