Vegan wedding cake. The flowers were provided by the groom's mother who is an organic grower.

Another practice cake. By this point the cakes I had been using were in the freezer for 2 weeks. By the time I got around to putting the fondant daisies and buttercream drapes on the cake was sweating so much it all kept falling off. Never try to decorate a frozen cake.
