I was recently honored to receive a request from the editor of Cake Central Magazine to create a cake for one of their issues! I was so excited to have received the request! The minute I saw the inspiration, I instantly knew the design I wanted! Thanks to my amazing friends who helped bring this beauty to life with their staging and photos! Had to create a cake for a black and white theme. I LOVE how to Billowing tier turned out... I used a button mold for the black pieces on the billowing tier... Bride's mother supplied to the photo and asked for an exact replica! Sugar Gerber...

Based on the bride's bouquet, we went with gumpaste calla lillies and dark red roses!

All gumpaste flowers... the bride wanted a mixture of fantasy flowers and realistic ones, so this is what I came up with! The tiers were nearly 6 inches tall! Thanks for looking!
