This cake was for a couple who got engaged in New York's Central Park. All of the buildings were hand-sculpted out of modelling chocolate and the flowers are gum paste.

The hand made flowers were to match the couples center pieces for a wedding at Berkeley Church in Toronto. The fuchsia and lilac matched the their colour scheme while the damask print added a dramatic touch.

Would you share how the lace swags on cake with coral roses are made (July 28, 2012)..My granddaughter loves this cake and is wanting this for her wedding. I am unfortunately not a decorator but my sister does some and was wondering if we could make these. Thanks for your help
