I had to drop the cake off early, so wasn't able to get a pic of the final set up. Hoping to get some pics from the photographer or bride in the next couple days.

I used mini led lights that were each individually battery operated to light this one up. Wish I could of stayed later to get the full effect as the sun went down.

Fake cake made for photo shoot. I didn't get any pics of the full cake on this one, but bottom tier is pleated fondant with gumpaste roses, then there were 2 gold/bronze tiers with lace pipe work.

This was for a repeat customer, gotta love those. I did the bride's sister's wedding cake last October.

I liked the simplicity of it before the flowers, but the client liked the flowers.

The couple gave me creative freadom (to an extent) on this. They wanted a round, red buttercream cake with tiffany blue & a little white accents. They said go a little crazy. They ended up loving it. The little white butterflies are wafer paper

6 tiered golden wedding cake done in buttercream. Fed up to 204 people.
I preferred it before the flowers. The entire room was absolutely stunning at this wedding.

I was trying to get Sage green on the second to top tier, but it wouldn't get any darker. The day was also really humid and all my stenciling was melting off originally. I had to blot away as much as I could and re-do it. Turned out OK in the end,...

The swirls on the pink tiers were done in ivory royal icing. The damask print on the ivory tiers was done with pink royal icing and a stencil. The K on the yellow tier was made from clay and fired, then I added the crytals.

Actually done for a Vow Renewal, but I think still belongs in Wedding Cakes. Bottom two tiers were Banana Split and the top two were Lemon cake with Raspberry filling.

My favorite wedding cake to date. This was the first time I used a stencil, and it turned out pretty decent (if I do say so myself). Brde wanted as little white as possible, but it was hard finding the right color of green for the flowers, and black...

The couple searched high and low for a real NY style Cheesecake staked for their wedding. Obviously I got chosen to do the job. I got rave reviews for this simple but tasty desert.
