This was for my bff. I made it in ONE day!!! and had no rolling pin to roll out my fondant! It's all mmf and black candy clay branches. and it was super humid! But I still love how it turned out. Top tier is german chocolate w coconut caramel filling and ganache. middle tier is Red velvet cream cake w cream cheese frosting. and bottom tier is half dark chocolate layers and half white layers with raspberry pastry filling and dark chocolate ganache!! all from scratch.. all in one day! 12-9-6- and the tiers are all 5 inches tall!

this is what the bride wanted. It matched the brides maids dresses. I didn't make the feathers. they are rice paper.. The bride loved them! the flowers are fresh

Was so blessed to make this cake for the latest issue of Cake Central! I have only been making cakes for about 10 months. This one is based on a dress from the fashion issue. So much fun!
