French vanilla with bc. Covered in vanilla fondant. Initial "B" on top and roses are gumpast. Ribbon at the bottom of each tier is fondant. Scrollwork was cut from fondant using the Cricut Cake. This is the first time I've used the Cricut Cake and I have to say I was impressed. Hardest part was getting the scrollwork off the mat without it breaking or stretching out of shape. The bottom tier is a cake dummy and the separating tiers are also dummies.
