I made this for a friend's birthday, trying to practice icing square cakes. Corners are still a bit ehhh but we're working on it. I tried using a textured mat for the sides and it would not take properly for nothing! I just finally left it alone.
Gumpaste flowers, white chocolate cake w/caramel filling on top tier. Dark chocolate cake with caramel filling on bottom tier.
