Where do I begin----I turned down this order, but gave in to the MIL who likes the taste of my cake. It was 94 degrees outside, over 100 inside my kitchen. Everything was slippery. Couldn't center dowel, when I tried the third layer cracked. Bottom tier slid an inch on delivery. Fixed the best I could at site. Stress and sickly feeling not worth doing wedding cakes!
Decompressed afterward, with a 3 hour nap, woke as if I had been on an all-nighter. I don't know how ya'll who do weddings take the stress.
