cake done in fond. with royal icing wave pattern and fond. bands, live hydrangea were put on top and down the sides to give it a different look, TFL!

did this one in fondant with just  a simple black royal icing leaf and scroll look on each tier.  Live gerbera daises.   I loved how the red made it pop.  TFL!

Did this one over the weekend.  It was a 6, 8, 10, and 12 in. sq. done in fondant with styro. seperators in 4, 6, and 8 in. I made the calla lillies out of gumpaste.  The reception hall looked fantastic with pink glow sticks in white frosted vases...

I have done this cake several different ways.  This one was done in fondant with gumpaste calla lillies, TFL!

This one was done in ivory fondant with chocolate scrolls done in royal icing.  Live florals on the top of the cake.  Seperators were styrofoam that I covered in choc. fondant.  TFL

This one was a 14, 12, 10, 8, and 6 in sq. done in buttercream with fondant bands and branches with gumpaste calla lillies.  TFL.

Did this one in bc.  I think it was a 6, 10, 14 sq.  Branches and bands done in fondant.   Flowers and berries done in gumpaste.  Both wedding cakes this week had branches and fall colors which was unusual for a summer time cake:)

three tier square cake done in BC.  Fondant accents on top and bottom tier and RI scroll on middle tier.  TFL

this was a 3 tier square done in bc with black fondant bow and fondant ribbon around each tier.  White design on each ribbon was done with RI to match a pattern on her dress.

This cake was done in bc, had such a hard time with this cake, there were not enough flowers to fill the cake, so we ended up running to Sam's club and picking up a lot of flowers to save the cake.  This cake was stacked using styrofoam square seperators

This is a better shot of the dummy cake we did for the office, just got a new background material and thought the choc. cakes would show up better on the light background

This cake was actually done for a couple's 50th anniv., but I felt like it would better fit in the wedding cake section.

This was a three tier choc. cake with rasp. filling and choc. BC.  I covered the layers in fondant and and did a mehendi type scroll using royal icing.
