I do not know what it is about this cake but I LOVED the design the bride picked. You cannot see it very well, but all of the tiers are "tooled" to look leathery.

I am very happy with how this cake looked and just the simplicity of it is...

My first wedding cake!
12", 10", 8", 6". Top 2 tiers are just plain white pound cake, 3rd is chocolate mud cake with raspberry filling, and bottom is banana with cream cheese filling and icing.
Very happy with the turnout. Need some more...
