Another one of my signature cakes is the vergerated -- this one in blue, but I have one in burgundy to cream -- and deep orange to light yellow -- I love the effect -- these have to be an even number of cakes. 6 tiers works best -- starting at the...

Another one of my signature cakes is the vergerated -- this one in blue, but I have one in burgundy to cream  -- and deep orange to light yellow -- I love the effect -- these have to be an even number of cakes.  6 tiers works best -- starting at the bottome with the darkest color going to the top which is the lightes -- and then decorating from teh top with the darkest, ending up with the lightest on bottom --
