I haved a 12"x18" cake, stacked it, cut out the shape, and covered in in fondant. This cake was for my niece's 8th birthday that fell on Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals.. .thank goodness we won!! :)

This cake was used as a birthday cake, but would serve well as an anniversary, mother's day, or any other celebration cake. It was 2 8 inch square cakes covered in fondant. The side had little curly q's and was cut like a gift box.

I loved this cake.. very simple, primary colors.. it was actually for a joint birthday for an adult and a child.
