I wanted to make 12 children (there are 12 children in my son's class), but time and space (on the cake) did not permit, so I just made 2 "full children" and put the heads on the top.

I obviously need to work on my tiering skills, but this was my first attempt at a tiered cake. My 4 year old was standing next to me yelling "CAKE CAKE" and "I wan green icing!", so I kep the decoration simple!
