Red velvet layers with cream cheese icing. I had to tint it brown to make the"dirt". Oreo crumbs for the soil. Fondant/gumpaste figurine and accents. Had trouble, even with the 50/50 fondant gumpaste... of getting the figurine to not "droop". First...

This cake was huge. On a 12" round. Used loaf pans to make the fire truck. I struggled a bit with the truck as you may can tell. Looked easy on the video. lol The front of the truck almost fell off in transport. Had to secure with some skewers...
