My first topsy turvy cake for a girl's 18th birthday. I see a lot of improvement points, but am still satisfied for this first time attemtp. A 3-layer biscuit filled with strawberry cream.

For a lady who turned 75, finally the chance to make a cake with pastel colours, and to try out the pleats and drapings for the first time. I am definitely going to use them both more often !
