Taught by Andrea Sullivan. The giant Cupcake Class I took. My kids had fun tearing into this cake when I got home from class. Super fun to make. All fondant, gumpaste accents.

I had two hours to make this and I think I pulled it off not too bad for a rushed cake. Next year I would love to do a tiered option. It was my daughters 11th birthday. Cake was banana Chocolate chip - base was the Banana Bundt Cake recipe from CC.

Taught by Andrea Sullivan. I had some fondant issues and ended up with different colours from what I had planned. A very fun cake to make though. Can't wait to try this one again.
