A tiny birthday cake flavored with rose and white chocolat, covered with rose scented buttercream.

This is a multiple layer cake. From bottom to up: chocolate, pistaccio, vanilla, roses filled with ganache of black and white chocolate. The frosting is Swiss meringue buttercream. Three full days to make it in my tiny kitchen! Measures 30 cm wide...
