Marble cake crumbs mixed with buttercream icing. Covered in fondant with fondant stems and leaves. I was going to dip them in white chocolate tinted red however it wasn't working (chocolate wasn't dipping well at all). I did these for my kids teachers for the end of school along with their other gifts.

First Time to use fondant. Cake covered and accented in Wilton Fondant. Buttercream icing. Idea from another CCer.
