I made this cake for my cousin's engagement party/family reunion party. I
couldn't resist making a cake for a special occasion so I surprised them
with this cake and they loved it. I had no clue how to make a bottle cake so I just whimed it. I used a long loaf pan for the bottle base and used a baking core for the bottle neck. I made the block of cheese out of a mini loaf pan and covered everything in
BC. I used royal icing to make the swirlies coming out of the wine bottle tip.
