One of the designs I made for a large cookie order. Fondant covered NFSC, and painted the color onto the fondant

I took up one-stroke painting so I can paint on fondant cakes. This is my first attempt at doing this. Have to really sit down and figure out how to double load a brush with two colors of coloring so the designs have more pop. This is a NFSC and marshmallow fondant.

Someone I work with suggested I put eyes on my oreo Christmas mouse - what do you think? Even added a tiny black dot for the nose. Gave it a little personality anyway. Now, to figure out how to keep the almond sliver ears from breaking when I package them!

Decided to use some leftover orange fondant and mixed with white to make stripes before cutting it for the cookie. NFSC, again.

....ok, I have no artistic ability whatsoever, so this crab cookie looks very cartoonish, but believe it or not was a hit! NFSC, marshmallow fondant cookie. Yummy!

My first attempt at flip-flop cookies. Had leftover air-dried buttercream flowers so used them as decorations. NFSC and marshmallow fondant used to cover.

Here is my version of "hugs and kisses" cookies for Valentine's day. I decided that it would be easier just to dip them in colored sugar before baking as they are small and would be a pain to decorate with icing. Also are some very small heart cookies, also dipped in colored sugar. NFSC, of course!

Here is my proto-type of the cookie bouquet I want to sell for Valentine's Day. Am thinking of not including the little "love" cookie, just the five in the cup. The largest is a big 4" heart. What do you think:

A tray of NFSC cookies made for a wedding celebration.

Update: the bride & groom, and the rest of the family loved these - not only the look but the taste (just love this recipe)! No better feeling than having folks eat your work and love it!

Using NFSC dough, made red, yellow, green & orange, then combined all colors and cut with leaf cookie cutters. Every time you roll them, the colors become more combined and muted, making for an interesting effect. Pictured in front of a nice wooden basket I found.

Cookie order for co-worker. No Fail Sugar Cookie, Toba's fondant (blue) and royal icing details. This was supposed to be royal blue and red, but could not get colors deep enough for me. But customer was pleased

Here are the cap and diploma cookies made for son's graduation party. Ran out of time and would rather have filled in the designs, but this was all I had time to do. No-fail sugar cookies and royal icing.

This was one of three designs in my first ever cookie order! No fail sugar cookies (folks just love it) and royal icing, with gold "dust" on the cross. Took me over 3 hours do decorate 42 cookies - hopefully as time goes on I will get better and faster! I had made the customer's daughter her communion dress and after tasting my Easter cookies, placed the order for these.

Could not decide on what I wanted to do as far as decorations, so they look a little strange. Used the cookie cutter to cut out the MMF then placed on the cookie - made it very easy and neat

Here is a cookie I made to send to my father (along with about 2 doz cowboy boot and hat cookies) for his 75th birthday, only because I could not ship a decorated cake from Jersey to Florida! It is my first try using marshmallow fondant, and of course no-fail sugar cookies.

.....am getting there. The outlines of the bunny turned out sloppy because the icing was too thick/dry, but figured it out by the time I got to the chicks. I see that I need to put more icing inside the outlines so it pillows up a bit. Also need to improve my eyeball drawing - yikes!

No-Fail sugar cookies with Alice's cookie icing. Not as good a job as I had hoped for my first attempt, and I have to learn not to put my fingers too close to unset icing!

Sure would love to see cookies organized and categorized like the cakes are! Would be so much easier to navigate through to find exactly what you are looking for! So many beautiful cookies with such talent - just as wonderful as the cakes. Think they deserve their very own spotlight as well!! :)
