This is the third time I have made this type of decorated cookie, and the first time I have made it into a basket. Made other cookies but these are the ones that turned out nice enough to give away. The first two attempts at making the glaze I...

These were SO fun! Each guest at a Bollywood-inspired party received one with their name.
They matched the saris draped everywhere at the venue.

We had leftover sugar cookies and I wanted to try the Toba Garrett Glace recipe. I want something shiny that hardens, but my son can't eat eggs, so royal icing is out. I was so glad to find this recipe. These bears were just done freehand with a...

I made 16 of these giant cookies (6" tall) for my dd's class. I love how they turned out but even though the design was fairly simple, they took forever!! : )

I was thinking about including one of these in all the bouquets I make. I think I need to make them larger to perfect the writing. This one is 3 inches. I'm going to try 4 and see if the writing is easier to do.

I have to make 15 of these for DH's company. I've made 2. *sigh* practice makes perfect, right? No fail sugar cookies with Martha's royal recipe with meringue powder instead of egg white. There are also cream cheese spritze cookies in there for filler.

Sure would love to see cookies organized and categorized like the cakes are! Would be so much easier to navigate through to find exactly what you are looking for! So many beautiful cookies with such talent - just as wonderful as the cakes. Think they deserve their very own spotlight as well!! :)
