I've been wanting to try my hand at nasturtiums for a long time. I entered this for a competition for the section 'From my garden'. Thanks to Alan Dunns' wonderful books on making sugar flowers. Ohnoono was so kind to answer my call for help on my first ever try at sculpting a face. I made a worm on the signpost and burnt some holes in some of the leaves to look like worm holes. I really had fun!

I love the dark coloured sweatpeas. I had one like this in my garden so I took it apart and worked from templates.
