6", 8", 10" rounds all frosted in pastry pride. The Swag is modeling chocolate and the roses are fresh. The customer brought a picture of the original cake and wanted me to recreate it. I do not know who the original baker was.

18", 14", 10", 6" round cakes made for a Quincenera. Hello Kitty and the numbers 15 are gumpaste. The numbers are painted hot pink and covered in disco dust. The zebra stripes are the Wilton Sugar Sheets in black. They are such a time saver! The cake is frosted with Pastry Pride and the ribbon is fabric. I used PVC pipes for the dowels and they worked great! And talk about inexpensive, I bought 1 pipe that measured 10ft by 1/2inch in diameter and had some left over. I paid $1.88 for the whole piece. Thanks for looking.

18" round, 15" hexagon, 10" round, 9" hexagon all frosted in Pastry Pride. PP roses have a rhinestone i each center. Fabric ribbon and black silk lilies. Thanks for looking. PS the black swirls on the bottom layer were starting to melt due to the venue's AC shut off. That was the extent of the damage, thank goodness!

6" 8" 10" each 2 layers frosted and decorated with with Pastry Pride. Irredescent disco dust and silk flowers that were provided by customer. I know, the cake stands are hideous. I just used them for the picture. They belong to a different customer who wanted me to use them for her Minnie Mouse cake. The stands for this cake were already at the the set up site.

I made this for my God daughters 15th birthday party. Decorated with te cornelli lace technique and airbrushed with a pearl shimmer. It's frosted with a non-dairy whipped topping (Pastry Pride). 99% of all the cakes I make are frosted with this. The other 1% is buttercreme. No one likes fondant around here! This would make a beautiful wedding cake also.
