6, 8, 10 & 12" x 3" iced in buttercream with gumpaste and fondant decorations. This was such a huge scare, the colors made the buttercream very soft and the whole cake shifted, my DH tried to correct...not too bad but I won't deliver a cake fully assembled again...and of course the people's mouth were all black and red but the client knew that and was OK with it since it was a rcok star theme.

6, 8, 10 &12 x 3" for an arabian nights quinceanero iced in buttercream with fondant decorations. Gold painted with airbrush and paintbrush. Tip: better to cut your fondant shape(mixed with some tylose), airbrush it gold, let it dry a little a few minutes and then apply. The shinier gold was done by applying the decorations and then painting with brush but that took forever. Design loosely based on EH4642's Bollywood cake. Hers is a lot prettier, check it out.

8", 10", 12" & 14" iced in BC with fondant accents. If you are planning on doing something like this make sure you have plenty of time. Those scrolls took forever.

8", 10", 12" & 14" iced in BC with MMF decorations and cherry blossom GP flowers. It was for a quinceanero were the 15 girls were dressed in the traditional chinese dress and the hall was beautifully decorated in an oriental theme, everything was so beautiful.

6", 8" and 10"X 3" pans used. Wilton initial, silk flowers with ivory ribbon and gold rope as a border. Thanks to my DH for the smooth look...he's the expert at home and loves the Viva towel method (yet to try the Melvira method). A couple of people asked if this was a fake cake because it looked so perfect. Thanks for looking!

Wonder mold on top of a 9"x2 round cake, decapitated plastic doll pick, fondant dress and decorations. I made this for a Sweet Sixteen and learned lots. My DH decided to give it a silicone job which made it difficult for me to work with the bodice (which looks too long). I didn't push the doll pick in all the way and had problems with that also. Thanks God the girl LOVED it!
