This is a grooms cake for someone just back from Iraq--customer didn't want fondant so I did my best with buttercream--it was difficult.  The wheels are of gumpaste/fondant mixed.  I think I need an airbrush!

This picture didn't turn out all that well.  If you look close it's a beaver with a sea bag with a white dixie cup sailor hat on.  I wish the picture would have come out better!

My BIL got married while in Korea to his girlfriend who was also stationed there as well.  They just came home and I made them this cake to celebrate not only the Army welcome home but also their marriage.  It has dog tags colored with silver luster...
