A Yoshi cake for Jacob, 6 years old. The cake is chocolate with buttercream covered with fondant. Yoshi from Mario Bros. was piped in royal icing on fondant. All other Mario Bros. details are fondant.

This cake was not an easy one... I do not especially like to reproduce complex toys like this one. Finally, it is OK and I think the toy looks like the real one. Everything is edible except for a little stick that I put on the toy to hold everything...

Darth Vader face is made of fondant and some white parts are hand painted. Gold pearls on fondant for the three stars and the 8. This is a vanilla cake with buttercream filling.
