This is just one of the Hannah Montana cakes that I did for my twin nieces, Kayla and Katie. Katie is the tomboy of two girls and wanted a guitar using pink and blue. I did my best to give the girls what they wanted. This cake is a carved 13x9 vanilla cake iced in buttercream. Guitar strings are barely tinted piping gel and then dusted in silver luster dust. Everything else is buttecream icing, though mini guitars are Hannah Montana lollipop candy. Then, decorated the cake board with Hannah Montana stickers to suit each child.

This is just one of the Hannah Montana cakes that I did for my twin nieces, Kayla and Katie. Kayla is the girlie girl and wanted flowers and lots of color. I did my best to give the girls what they wanted. This cake is a 10 in square vanilla cake airbrushed in yellow, purple, and pink. Piped in black buttercream. Flowers and leaves are made from MMF. Mini guitars are lollipop candy. Then, decorated the cake board with Hannah Montana stickers to suit each child.

Ok, I know its kinda different but when you have a music lover that loves Tinkerbell you try to mix what they like. My daughter wanted this cake!! She was so thrilled and bragged to her friends that I make all her cakes!! She's so funny! (The eyes look a bit funny but I guess, I'll get better with time)

I traced a picture of Tinkerbell onto the cake, drawing in the details and filling/piping in with butter cream icing. I used the birthday girls favorite colors pink and black to create a different type of dress (designed by me) for her. She was thrilled with her cake! I used an 11x17 pan and a marble cake mix with Vanilla buttercream. (One day I will get better at the eyes!) lol

I bought the Snow White doll (It was the gift to my niece Kayla) and used a gardeny theme. She jumped up and down when she saw this cake! This was a lot of fun to make.
8x8 square on bottom, 2-9 in round and a domed bowl all in milk chocolate cake mix. Everything buttercream except candy rabbit, fake butterfly and red silk roses around the waist.

My first doll cake ever. I bought the doll (It was the gift to my niece) and used her favorite colors. The magic carpet is made from a thin layer of batter in a 12x8x2 in cake pan. Tried to do a magic carpet to the best of my current abilities. lol Would have loved to have piped a different design but oh well. It is what is is! Lol. I layered an orange creme cake with chocolate cake mix. All Buttercream icing. 2 - 10 round, 2 -9 in round cake pans. Star piping around the dress. Inside the white edged hearts is red piping gel. ItÂ’s also incorporated into the magic carpet. I appreciate any comments and let me know what you think. Thanks for looking!
