This cake was huge!! It was for a first birthday party for 80 ppl! I've done Elmo cakes before but this was more challenging than usual... His body is stacked up round cakes. I used all cake for the head, more round cakes carved. I wish I had made his eyes and nose bigger but it was too late. His mouth is open although you can't tell in the pic....

My version of a Cars movie cake. The little boy was turning two and wanted "King" to be on his cake. I stacked and then carved an 8" and a 9". King was made from rice krispies with fondant accents.

Elmo's head is the ball pan, carved. His body is a small round cake with a half ball on top for roundness. I didn't have room for his legs, LOL, and she didn't need that much cake. The whole thing is covered in BC fur using the grass tip.

Head is a styrofoam egg shape. I carved the arms, legs, and body out of sheet cakes and small rounds.
