This was a special request for a boy who is allergic to corn products. I had to use tapioca starch and regular white sugar to make my own powdered sugar. I was nervous, but it came out tasting wonderful and the transfer turned out better than I hoped.

Cake done for my son's birthday...took ideas from several other cakes on this website. Thanks for the inspiration!

This image is a BC transfer...the cake is vanilla with buttercream frosting. You can't see in the picture, but I put candy dog bones around the sides of the cake for added fun!

This was for a "pegusus" themed barbie birthday party. The top of the dress is fondant and the rest is buttercream. I added some flowers around the edge for fun.

This image was a frozen buttercream transfer. The cake itself is chocolate filled with chocolate ganache. I printed out a picture from the internet and piped over the image with buttercream on a piece of wax paper. It took some time, but it came out just as I had hoped. The birthday boy was thrilled!
