An exprimental cake : I made my first Red Velvet and a vanilla Sponge cake to make inside a chessboard cake design. I make my first dulce de leche, uno part used to make the filling, another part to make a dulce de leche buttercream. It was rreally so yummy. The whole was a surprise for the birtday of my spanish friend Marta.
The idea of the ant isn't mine, but I remembered a wedding cake of Colette Peters and topsy turvy cake of a brasilian cake designer (I forgot the name!!), so here is my ant!!
