I made this for a clients 30 birthday. This is her favorite champagne, Veuve Clicquot. It is about 2 feet tall. I steamed the fondant to make it shiny. I had the label printed on edible paper.

I made this for my niece's 30th birthday party which was held at a winery. The barrel wood was made using fondant (with Gum-tex) and "staining" the slats with brown gel and vodka. The grapes are made with gumpaste colored purple then air bushed to get the different tones. The cake was chocolate fudge with chocolate buttercream.
