I made this cake for a friends 40th birthday. She's a large-animal veterinarian and she also raises chickens. The entire party was a chicken theme. All decoration is buttercream.

I drew a template onto paper and then carved the cake from that. I didn't want to mar the dolphin so I wrote the message on the board. It was a huge hit!
