A western saddle on a bale of hay for a 8 years old girl. I put sliver luster dust on the horseshoe to make it look like real. This is a red velvet cake with creamcheese filling all covered with fondant. All details are fondant.

This horse riding helmet is a red velvet cake with creamcheese filling covered with fondant. I made this cake for a 11 years old girl who loves horses. The riding crop and the rosette are fondant.

the large 3 d boot was my first try..
I took my daughters boot and set it on the counter
I took my oval cake and started carving
I used the standard method for building a cake... the dowels and hard plates stacked until it looked like it was tall enough then carved more and iced with all butter buttercream, decorated with with the edible pearls ect.
the ben and whitney is just a wilton cake pan.
I am sorry I do not have a tutorial.. I was nervous about transport and decided to freeze it overnight and it was thawed by the time we cut it!
