A vanilla bean sponge cake filled and covered with fresh cream, strawberry syrup, fresh fruit and fondant/marzipan flowers :)
My first ever fresh cream cake..there seems to be a demand for them in my area as opposed to fondant covered cakes :s

Quick RV with cream cheese and fresh berries on top. I was in a rush for to get the party (what's new) so the icing was a bit soft. But it was yummy and well received.
