This is a yellow sheet cake with vanilla BC frosting; the water has two different shades of blue piping gel; the beach is covered with crushed vanilla wafers. The hut is a chocolate cupcake with an umbrella stuck in the top covered with chocolate BC. My hibiscus around the sides are color flow; the beach ball/towel/surf board with "Roxy" symbol/flip flops are all fondant. The shells are molded chocolate with pearl dust. Thanks to gmcakes, Doug, and ogolds for your help with this one. They loved it too!!

This was a rehersal dinner cake for a couple who are crazy about Jimmy Buffit. The cake is chocolate covered in chocolate; the water is just blue BC with edible blue glitter; the island is built up BC with brown sugar for the sand. The little glasses are filled with actual margaritta mix and salted rims. All the decorations are not edible. They loved it.
