This b-cake is for a 80 years old scout.
This is a vanilla cake filled with rasberry mousse, passion fruit mousse and lemon curd whipped creme. Coverd in suger paste. I made the rowing boat in modelling paste. The water is piping gel in 2 shades of blue, the rocks are made from left over sugar paste from the computer cake and the beach is cruched vanillacracker.
