Opening day (fishing)

Buttercream frosting (lemon flavored). Transfer to the cake with piping gel...and then outline in black buttercream...Rainbow trout filled in with colored piping gel and sometimes I put a bit of buttercream into the piping gel. Border on top was from...

Transfer to the cake with piping gel...and then outline in black buttercream...Rainbow trout filled in with colored piping gel and sometimes I put a bit of buttercream into the piping gel. Border on top was from a triangle cut into the end of a parchment bag...didnt bother with a tip! Bottom border is supposed to look "sea=weedish" hahah!!! Next time, I think I will use the cake top (that I levelled off) as the fish....by carving it and then icing it! hmmm....
