I made this cake for a friend of mine who was turning 40. She didnt expect it at all that she even cried!
it is a 4" round vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream.

Cake tasting. Fudge chocolate cake filled with white chocolate mousse buttercream
I know it seems too much for a cake tasting but it is just practice. I give my customers mini cakes and they dont have to be decorated. I just do it to try new tecniques :) The book I follow is called the Art of Royal icing. Perfect for piping!!
