More cupcakes from today. Top right is french buttercream with gumpaste butterflies, bottom right is french buttercream with bought royal icing drop blossoms. All other decorations apart from the blossoms and cachous, were hand made.

Today i had a customer come and try some cupcakes. I did some for a tasting, but then after they left i kept going with the undecorated ones, and came up with quite a few new ones. The one on the bottom right is buttercream the rest are fondant.

I have a wedding cupcake tower to deliver today. I made these as a gift for the bride since she will be having family over tomorrow to open the wedding gifts and needs something for afternoon tea.

Jaffa & vanilla cupcakes, covered in french buttercream. With a gumpaste heart and cachous. Topper cake is a 6 inch jaffa cake torted and filled with french buttercream and covered with fondX. There was 100 cupcakes. I love jaffa, hmmmmmm yummy ;)

I tried to ice these in buttercream and failed miserably and then moved to fondant. Even the fondant was fiddly and it wrinkled and well it was
not good at all. The cake was a mess, i just took the picture...
