This cake was for a summit meeting for the Director of the agency I work forand also the Regional Directors and Associate Regional Directors. They loved it!! They gave me two rounds of applause!!! Choc fudge cake with choc orange ganache and orange buttercream under the fondant. Mice were gumpaste and labels and sign were edible images. The labels were intentionally made to loog damaged. Pic came out blurry, not sure why!

Made for my training graduation. Dense choc cake with choc raspberry ganache filling. Buttercream under fondant and gumpaste flowers. TFL!!
