I watched tonednas gumpaste rose video on Youtube to learn how to make roses and they came out pretty ok I think. They were dusted with green petal dust to match teh ribbon but it doesn't show in the pics unfortuantely10, 8 and 6 inches of rounds covered in fondant. 3 layers of mousse fillings - raspberry, passion fruit and white chocolate - it was sooo delicious!

A birthday cake for one of my best friends. Covered in fondant with gumpaste decorations. Filled with coconut, lime and mango mousse in separate layers. Delicious! It was a more clear grass green color in reality but my camera thought otherwise ;-)
