I made a chocolate cake (2 layers 8x16 needed) I cut to resemble dress, and then it was iced with buttercream icing. I layered rolled fondant over the top to look like a little white dress. I cut bodice separate and added ruffles to the skirt with wooden spoon handle underneath. I added collar, cuffs and lace. You can cut lace with roller/ripple cutter and pierce with toothpick to add lace effects. Lavendar ribbon, buttons and Monogram E, was tinted fondant, rolled and stitching added with toothpick.
