I have new found respect for those who make their horizontal stripes flawlessly! It was so hard to make the fondant ribbon band straight and aligned without making it out of shape. Not very happy with the out come:( Next time I'll stick to real ribbons!

Made for my daughter's 9th birthday. Glad it's finally finished! I don't think I'm going to do this design again... way too much work. But she sure loved it. Bottom layer is neopolitan cake and top is dairy free chocolate cake. Iced in ganache...
