Engagment party cake that I made for my sister and her fiance. Top tier is coconut with white chocolate ganache, middle is chocolate with dark chocolate ganache, and bottom is vanilla bean with strawberry filling and white chocolate ganache all covered with MMF. The fleur de lis's are made from modeling chocolate and gumpaste flowers are all handmade and hand painted.
