This cake is my enter under the Pen Pals Inspiration Challenge. All the decorations are made with fondant and for the handwritten text I used food-safe ink pen. The text introduces myself and it says: Dear Pen Pal, Hi, My name is Sweet Janis, I live in Como, (Italy) a beautiful town on the lake. I have one kid, named Leonardo. How many people are in your family? In my spare time I like to read, travelling scuba diving and cake decorating. I started decorating in September 2011 for my son 1st birthday. I had never decorated a cake with fondant and was instantly bitten by the bug! I can't wait for you to write back, your new friend, Sweet Janis
